S-35kV series oil immersed transformer produced by the company is suitable for three-phase AC 50 / 60Hz, rated voltage 35kV distribution grid, and plays an important role in high-voltage transmission and low-voltage power supply. Products with high efficiency, low loss characteristics, can save a lot of power consumption and operating costs, social benefits, have been widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, ports, airports and other places. With on load tap changer, the product can realize the function of manual or automatic voltage regulation without power failure, which is conducive to stabilizing the voltage of power grid in each load center and improving the quality of power supply.

Normal Environment conditions

  1. Ambient Temperature: No more than +40℃, No less than -25℃, The monthly average temperature is no more than +30℃., The yearly average temperature is no more than +20℃.
  2. Altitude: No more than 1000m.
  3. The power supply voltage's wave is similar to a sine wave.
  4. Three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetrical.
  5. The total harmonic content of load current shall not exceed 5% of rated current;

Product characteristic

  1. The core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity and grain orientation, with low no-load loss.
  2. The three-phase winding is concentric coil, corrugated oil duct, no paint dipping process and tight band binding are adopted. High mechanical strength, balanced ampere turn distribution, strong short circuit resistance.
  3. The positioning structure is added to the body to avoid displacement during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners are not loose during long-term operation.
  4. This product is a fully sealed structure. The vacuum oil filling process is adopted when the transformer is packaged, which completely removes the moisture in the transformer, ensures the isolation of the transformer oil from the outside air, prevents the aging of the oil, and improves the operation reliability of the transformer. All transformers of the capacity section are equipped with pressure relief valves, and gas relays with alarm and trip functions can be installed according to user's demand, which ensures the safe operation of transformers.
  5. Corrugated oil tank is adopted. This kind of oil tank has the advantages of simple processing, high mechanical strength, good welding effect and no leakage. And because of the strong fluidity of the oil, the heat dissipation capacity of the product is improved.

During the production process, we use a range of components with specific technical specifications.

Firstly, we utilize tap changers in our transformers to adjust the transformer input voltage from medium voltage to grid voltage. This mechanism can be used when the transformer is de-energized, and adjustments can be made either from the transformer’s top cover or remotely.

Regarding short-circuit voltage, our standard transformer manufacturing includes options for short-circuit voltages of 4.5% for 36/0.4kV transformers up to 630kVA and 6% for transformers with power ratings from 800-2500 kVA. We can manufacture transformers with different short-circuit voltage levels based on customer requirements.

In terms of frequency, our standard transformer manufacturing is calculated for a frequency of 50 Hz. However, we can produce transformers at different frequencies upon customer request.

For overvoltage situations, our transformers are designed to operate at 5% overvoltage. Additionally, transformers produced in the Yzn and Dyn connection groups are designed to be fully loaded with nominal currents at the star points.

Our standard production transformers are designed to operate at altitudes of up to 1000 meters above sea level. However, we can manufacture transformers for higher altitudes upon customer request.

The ambient temperature for our standard transformers is designed to be a maximum of 40°C, with a daily average of 35°C and an annual average of 20°C. Transformers are designed to operate at altitudes of up to 1000 meters above sea level. However, we can produce transformers for operation at altitudes above 1000 meters upon customer request.

In our standard transformers, the transformer oil temperature rise is set at 60K, and the transformer winding temperature rise is set at 65K. However, we can undertake projects with different temperature rise specifications based on customer-specific requirements.

TAP SWITCH:
This is a mechanism for power transformers for regulation of the input voltage to required levels.(operates off-load). This is normally achieved by changing the ratios of the transformers on the system. This mechanism can either be controlled remotely or via dashboard which is on the tap of the device. Unless specifically requested by the customer, all transformers are manufactured in our factory as a standard 5-stage segment. Level change process:+ / – 5%, + / – 2 x 2.5% or can be produced on customer demand.

VECTOR GROUPS:
Vector group Yzn5 or Yzn11 transformers are manufactured in our factory as a standard up to 25-160kVA.
Vector group Dyn5 or Dyn11 transformers are manufactured in our factory as a standard up to 250-5000 kVA.
Other vector groups are available on demand.

SHORT-CIRCUIT VOLTAGE (UK)
For the standard transformer productions, 36 / 0,4 kV and 25-630kVA power is 4.5% , from 800 to 2500 kVA power is 6% .
Other short circuit voltages can be produced on demand.

FREQUENCY:
Frequency of 50Hz is a standard for transformer production. Different frequency transformers can be produced on demand.

OVERVOLTAGE:
Our transformers are designed to operate up to 5% over-voltage.

CONDITIONS OF BALANCE LOADING:
We produce standard Yzn and Dyn transformers that star-points can be fully loaded with nominal current.

TRANSFORMERS OPERATING HEIGHT:
Operating height is up to 1000 meters above sea level for the standard transformers.
Over 1000meter transformers can be produced on demand.
